Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health issues to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans that prioritize their unique needs.
  • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to client goals, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques.
  • Provide crisis intervention support, offering immediate help to clients in acute distress or experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, regular updates on treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team comprised of psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to coordinate and deliver comprehensive care for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will interact with a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. You will provide essential support across various demographics, including children, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on family-oriented therapeutic approaches to encourage relational healing.

Qualifications
  • A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
