What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Live In Caretaker Couple, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Live In Caretaker Couple, you generally need experience in property maintenance, household management, and basic caregiving, often supported by a clean background check and relevant references. Familiarity with home security systems, maintenance tools, and sometimes basic computer skills for scheduling or reporting are typically required. Strong teamwork, communication, discretion, and adaptability are crucial soft skills for managing household dynamics and responding to the needs of property owners or residents.
