• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and personal circumstances.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records while adhering to confidentiality and compliance protocols.
• Collaborate with a skilled treatment team, including other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions and treatment options.

Your clients will be diverse, encompassing individuals struggling with a range of mental health issues such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety disorders, and depression. You will work closely with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring that the care provided is sensitive to their unique life experiences and cultural contexts. By employing trauma-informed care principles, you will help individuals navigate their paths to recovery, fostering resilience and empowerment.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid LCSW license in the state of Virginia.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapy methods and other evidence-based psychotherapeutic approaches.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities to navigate complex client cases.
• A collaborative mindset, thriving in team-oriented environments.

• Experience in trauma-informed care methodologies and skills in crisis intervention.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling tools.
• Prior experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 - 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
