Job description

Clinical Research Coordinator / Study Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and organized Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) / Study Coordinator to join our growing clinical research team. The CRC will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day clinical trial activities while working closely with investigators, patients, sponsors, CROs, and other members of the research team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate clinical research studies from study start-up through completion
  • Recruit, pre-screen, screen, and schedule potential study participants
  • Conduct study visits according to study protocols
  • Obtain and maintain accurate source documentation and study records
  • Complete data entry and respond to sponsor/CRO queries in a timely manner
  • Coordinate laboratory samples, study supplies, investigational product, and study-related procedures
  • Communicate with sponsors, CROs, monitors, investigators, and research staff
  • Assist with monitoring visits, site initiation visits, and study closeout activities
  • Maintain strong organization and ensure studies are conducted according to protocol, GCP, and applicable requirements
  • Provide a positive, professional experience for study participants throughout their participation

Qualifications:
Previous clinical research or healthcare experience is preferred. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working directly with patients, and able to manage multiple studies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Clinical Research Coordinator experience, phlebotomy experience, and knowledge of GCP are preferred but may not be required for the right candidate.
