• Conduct thorough assessments and deliver compassionate, ethical individual counseling via video chat, ensuring that all communication remains confidential and professional.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to each client’s needs, facilitating impactful therapeutic interventions that resonate with their life experiences.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that detail actionable steps to improve clients' mental health, focusing on their specific challenges and goals.
• Guide clients in gaining insights about their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, promoting self-awareness and personal growth through reflective discussions.
• Track clients’ progress methodically throughout their treatment journey, constantly adapting plans as required and assisting them in developing effective coping mechanisms.

In this role, you will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for a variety of mental health needs. This population may include individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in helping these individuals enhance their quality of life through effective coping strategies and mental health education.

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• A current state-issued mental health counseling license allowing for independent practice. Please note that we do not provide supervision; qualifications must include:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses, and no disciplinary actions on your professional record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural empathy to build rapport with clients.
• Strong computer literacy skills with a reliable computer equipped with webcam and audio capabilities for virtual therapy sessions.
• Reliable internet connection to facilitate seamless interaction with clients and access to our online platform.

While a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role is required, candidates with additional experience in diverse counseling modalities, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, or relational therapy, are encouraged to apply. Experience working with a diverse population and multidisciplinary teams is also valued.
