• Conduct individualized therapy sessions utilizing ethical and compassionate practices, ensuring an engaging and supportive environment for clients.
• Employ solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances, promoting wellness and resilience.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans outlining key goals and objectives to assist clients in their therapeutic journey.
• Help clients gain insight into their thoughts, emotions, and relationships, fostering personal growth and improved mental well-being.
• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and equipping clients with effective coping strategies.

In this role, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for various mental health challenges. Your client base will encompass individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences, allowing you to adapt your therapeutic approaches to meet varying needs effectively. With increasing demand for telehealth services, you can expect to develop a full caseload rapidly, often within just a few days of starting.

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• A current state license from the state board is essential. Accepted licenses include LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or a PsyD.
• The ability to practice independently without supervision is required for this role.

• Experience in providing teletherapy or virtual counseling is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities and a passion for innovative mental health delivery are highly valued.
