Job description

About the Role

PrideStaff is partnering with a local financial institution to hire a full-time, in-office Digital Banking Member Support Specialist. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for members using phone, email, and chat—delivering friendly, secure, and compliant support while guiding them through everyday banking needs and digital tools.

Schedule

8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

A Day in the Life

You log in, review overnight messages, and jump into a morning queue of member chats—resetting a password here, walking someone through the mobile app there. A member calls with a question about a transfer; you verify their identity, process the request, and confirm the details. Later, you reply to emails about e-statements and online bill pay, track each interaction accurately, and spot an opportunity to explain a product that could help a member reach their goals. Every step of the way, you uphold strict security and compliance standards to protect member data.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve members quickly and courteously via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve questions related to accounts and digital banking (online banking, mobile app, and related tools).
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide members through solutions.
  • Process routine transactions such as transfers and payments with accuracy.
  • Educate members on products and services that fit their needs.
  • Adhere to security and compliance protocols to safeguard member information.
What You’ll Bring
  • 1–3 years of customer service experience; background in a bank or credit union is preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Confidence with computers and new software, strong communication skills, solid organization, and the ability to work independently.
