POSITION PURPOSE

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team at HEST. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support for all inquiries and issues. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing startup and make a meaningful impact on our customers' experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
