What You'll Do:

  • Answer incoming customer calls, chat messages, and emails with a high level of professionalism, and establish a positive rapport with every customer.
  • Process customer orders and requests in a timely manner with accuracy.
  • Set up new customer accounts and make account adjustments as needed.
  • Work with several online customer ordering and sales tracking platforms.
  • Send out sales material via chat, email, and mail.
  • Coach fundraising leaders and resellers through account registration, submit orders, and review dashboard details and selling channels.
  • Make outbound phone calls to existing customers and occasionally to potential customers.
