Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Near: Wilmington

Job Type: Contract, Full-Time

Overview: Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2026/2027 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to support students within the Autism and Early Years Program. The selected candidate will provide behavioral oversight, program development, and direct support services for students with moderate to severe cognitive needs. Active BCBA certification required
School-based experience preferred

Responsibilities:

Provide behavioral oversight and consultation services
Develop and support behavior intervention programming
Conduct behavioral assessments and monitor student progress
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers
Provide direct support for students with moderate to severe cognitive needs
