Summary:

This position is located in Columbus, NE. This is not a remote position. This provide outstanding customer service to bank clients using First Nebraska Bank’s video banking system. This position requires individuals who enjoy people and technology. Primary responsibilities include answering questions via online chat messaging and opening new deposit accounts through video, utilizing two programs simultaneously while gathering required information and providing details on the variety of account types offered.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing accurate

information, building rapport, and processing all transactions as efficiently as possible.

• Conduct video face-to-face conversations with customers to open new accounts.

• Assist with online banking and mobile banking inquiries via chat messaging.

• Promote bank products and services by identifying and communicating opportunities to

customers.

• Treat all transactions with complete confidentiality.

• Additional related duties may be assigned as appropriate.

• Comply with all Bank Secrecy Act and Anti Money Laundering regulations, bank policies and procedures.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to work in a virtual environment with “on-screen” customer interaction.

• Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills.

• Demonstrates a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Proficient computer literacy with knowledge of windows-based computer software.

• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to trouble shoot technology issues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Customer service and/or banking experience preferred.
