Role: Ford Automotive Technician
Location: Onsite 5 Days in Dearborn, MI
Contract role
Job description:
Responsibilities include:
Assemble and prepare test environments for deployment.
  1. Aluminum frame assembly
  2. Harness installation
  3. Module Installation
  4. Software installation
  5. Testing & validation
  6. Package and ship systems to Ford and Non Ford partners.
  7. Track distribution using approved process/tools

Maintain operation of tool systems
  1. Troubleshoot and repair tool Systems.
  2. Monitor and maintain virtual service desk
  3. Diagnose, update, and repair non-functional systems.
  4. Manage shipping of components to our fabricators for upcoming system builds.
  5. Maintain inventory and organization of tools lab

Education: Bachelor's Degree - Preferred, though applicable knowledge or experience would be
acceptable in place of formal education
Required Primary Skills:
  1. Ability to manage priorities, risks, and issues as they arise.
  2. Ability to work both independently and as a part of a group.
  3. Strong communication skills both written and oral.
  4. Functional understanding of automotive electrical wiring and wiring schematics

Preferred Primary Skills:
  1. 2+ years of experience in electrical harness design or fabrication
  2. Prior automotive or IT support.
  3. Experience utilizing JIRA.
