Job description

Summary

Our client in Clemson is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support a team of senior professionals, including team leadership, in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, anticipating needs, and serving as a key resource for a collaborative team. This position is onsite and has the potential to convert to a permanent opportunity.


Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to multiple team members and leadership.
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting materials.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, and related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports using various systems and databases.
  • Support events, onsite visits, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Assist with mailings, correspondence, and other team operations.
  • Serve as a responsive point of contact for a distributed team across multiple time zones.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of administrative, executive support, or office management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work proactively with minimal supervision.

Schedule

  • Full-time, onsite, Monday โ€“ Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
  • Temporary assignment expected to last 3-6 months but ideally will be brought on permanent after this portion.


Compensation

  • $21-$23/hour
