We are looking for a highly organized, proactive virtual assistant to support our growing cleaning company. This role will focus on recruiting and onboarding cleaning service providers, managing leads through our CRM, scheduling appointments with prospective clients, and helping convert inquiries into booked services. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where follow-up, communication, and sales support are essential. Responsibilities Recruit, screen, and help coordinate the hiring of cleaning service providers. Manage and update leads in the CRM throughout the customer funnel. Respond to inquiries from prospective clients in a timely and professional manner. Book appointments and consultations for cleaning services. Follow up with leads to move them through the sales process. Identify opportunities to close deals and upsell additional cleaning services. Maintain accurate records of client communications, appointments, and status updates. Support general administrative tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly. Qualifications Previous experience as a virtual assistant, customer service representative, sales assistant, or in a similar support role. Strong communication and follow-up skills. Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling tools, and email or messaging platforms. Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks at once. Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. Experience in cleaning services, lead management, or appointment setting is a plus. Preferred Skills Sales-minded and confident in closing and upselling. Familiarity with hiring or coordinating independent contractors. Strong time management and customer service skills. Ability to build trust with both clients and service providers.
