A 'Virtual Assistant No Calls' is a remote worker who provides administrative, organizational, or creative support to businesses or entrepreneurs without handling phone calls. These virtual assistants typically manage tasks such as email correspondence, calendar scheduling, data entry, social media management, and other online-based responsibilities. They help streamline operations and boost productivity, allowing clients to focus on higher-level tasks. Since phone communication is not required, this role is ideal for those who prefer written and digital communication.

How does a virtual assistant no calls typically communicate and collaborate with clients and team members?

As a Virtual Assistant in a 'No Calls' role, communication and collaboration are primarily conducted through written channels such as email, instant messaging platforms (like Slack or Microsoft Teams), and project management tools (such as Trello or Asana). This setup allows for clear documentation of tasks, efficient sharing of updates, and asynchronous communication, which is especially helpful when working across different time zones. Building strong written communication skills is essential, as is proactively providing updates and clarifications to ensure smooth workflow and avoid misunderstandings.

To thrive as a Virtual Assistant (No Calls), you need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in written communication, often supported by prior administrative experience or relevant coursework. Familiarity with productivity tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, task management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana), and cloud-based file sharing is typically required. Outstanding time management, self-motivation, and problem-solving abilities help you excel in this remote, self-directed role. Job description

LEARN, CONTRIBUTE AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

If you want to grow with a business and be part of something that makes a difference to the lives of animals and their owners, we would like to talk to you!

Who We Are:

·       We are a high-quality veterinary hospital with caring, supportive team members who go above and beyond to provide exceptional animal care and phenomenal service to our clients.

·       We are looking for even more amazing team members who can help us continue to achieve this vision.

·       We are Northern Nevada’s oldest continuously running animal hospital.

What You’ll Do:

·       We are looking for someone who can grow with the business. You will be involved in everything from providing care for our clients and their pets, to contributing your thoughts on the hospital’s business strategy, growth opportunities and ways to improve how we deliver our best care and service.

·       401(K), production incentives, healthcare, and a uniform allowance.

·       Work Monday through Friday, with NO afterhours calls.

·       Be a coach and mentor who can provide and oversee all aspects of the patient care process, providing the best experience for pets and their owners, while also elevating staff members to perform at their best.

Who We Want:

·       A Veterinary Assistant who understands physical examinations, can read diagnostics, and has an understanding of general medical procedures.

·       This job is not only about having technical skill, but also about having the right attitude, a desire to teach and learn, and a passion for positively contributing to our clients’ experiences and the growth of the business.

·       There is no typical day. We are built to make a difference for the clients who trust us with their pets and that means we must be responsive to their needs, not focused on our own.

·       A role model, who is ethical, positive, and accountable for their own actions, and serves to improve the skills and abilities of those around them.

Why Work for Us:

·       Our business works every day to create a culture that allows us to thrive, do our best work, and build a strong, cohesive team.

·       We are fully committed to the growth and development of each of our employees as well as offering competitive pay and benefits.
