About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive the strategy and delivery of AI-powered products, data science models, and data platforms supporting Supply Chain modernization. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle across agent-based automation, predictive modeling, and analytics solutions. You will partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology teams to deliver scalable, production-ready products that generate measurable operational and financial impact. This role requires a strong ability to translate complex business problems into clear product strategies and drive execution across cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for AI-driven supply chain products, including data science models and automation solutions

  • Translate complex operational challenges into product strategies with clear outcomes, success metrics, and adoption plans

  • Lead development and delivery of AI agents, copilots, recommendation engines, and automation solutions from concept through production

  • Manage the lifecycle of data science models, ensuring production readiness, monitoring, and performance optimization

  • Drive governance and scalability of supply chain data products, ensuring data quality, accessibility, and trust

  • Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, analytics, and platform teams to execute product initiatives

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align products with operational goals and deliver measurable outcomes

  • Own product adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement of delivered solutions

  • Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet Company goals.

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of AI, data, analytics, or platform products

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or operations environments

  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale products in complex, cross-functional environments

  • Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy, roadmap, and delivery to adoption

  • Strong experience working with AI/ML-enabled products, data science workflows, or analytics platforms

  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead through cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Skills

  • Experience owning products related to automation, predictive modeling, or real-time analytics

  • Experience driving digital transformation or modernization initiatives using AI and data

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level presentation

$122,100 - $162,800
