This position is entirely remote, allowing you to create a workspace that suits you best while engaging with clients through our secure telehealth platform. • Conduct individual counseling sessions via video conferencing, providing personalized mental health support tailored to each client's needs.
• Facilitate open and constructive discussions about emotions and personal experiences, enabling clients to develop self-awareness and insight.
• Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure their needs are met and assist them in setting realistic, attainable goals for their mental health journey.
• Assess clients' mental health status, create customized treatment plans, and employ evidence-based methodologies to guide therapy.
• Maintain thorough documentation of sessions and client progress in accordance with organizational policies, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Your work at Silver Way Rehabilitation Center will primarily involve helping pre-screened clients who are stable adults dealing with low acuity mental health issues such as anxiety, mild depression, and adjustment difficulties. You will not be managing severe cases but instead will focus on clients who are motivated to work towards improvement and are open to therapeutic solutions.

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related discipline.
• Current and valid license to practice independently in your respective field (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Demonstrated clinical proficiency with strong capabilities in developing effective treatment strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, exhibited through a compassionate and client-centered approach.
• Proficiency with telehealth technologies and other related computer systems to facilitate remote therapy sessions effectively.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting, showcasing your adaptability to virtual client engagement.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding various cultural backgrounds to effectively relate to patients.
• A track record of developing and implementing successful therapy plans that result in positive client outcomes.

Silver Way Rehabilitation Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
