Job description

We are looking for a reliable, highly organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our growing virtual healthcare team.

This is an excellent part-time opportunity for Nursing, Kinesiology, Health Sciences, or other healthcare students looking to gain practical experience in a clinical environment. Previous MOA experience is an asset but not required; training will be provided.


Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate virtual patient appointments.
  • Support patient intake and registration.
  • Accurately enter and update information in the EMR.
  • Manage incoming messages, referrals, forms, and documents.
  • Track outstanding tasks and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Communicate professionally with patients, clinicians, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers.
  • Support clinicians with day-to-day administrative needs.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.
