As the Amazon/Marketplace Supply Chain Manager, you will own inventory planning, forecasting, and inbound supply chain execution across Amazon, DTC (Shopify), TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces for about 200+ SKUs. This role directly impacts revenue, in-stock rates, and cash flow by ensuring product availability and efficient movement from suppliers to fulfillment networks.

You will be responsible for generating and managing SKU-level forecasts, optimizing inventory flow, and proactively identifying risks and opportunities. You will partner cross-functionally with Digital Sales, Finance, and Operations to drive informed decisions—not just report on performance.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESInventory Demand Planning & Supply Control
  • Work with Ecom Business Manager on a weekly basis to generate and maintain a rolling 12‑month SKU‑level demand forecast across all digital and marketplace channels
  • Own SKU‑level supply planning across all marketplaces via FBA & MCF. This one inventory pool supports the demand forecast for the top marketplace/merchant accounts (Amazon US, TikTokShop US, Owned Website/Shopify).
  • Develop a process for communicating any SKUs with aged inventory risk or out of stock risk to Digital Sales and push solutions forward.
  • Analyze sales velocity, sell‑through, lead times, and forecast accuracy to provide clear insights and recommendations, not just spreadsheets.
  • Produce weekly and monthly inventory and supply reports & actively engage with Digital Sales and agency partners to be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the brand inventory position.
  • Attend and contribute to Digital Sales team meetings. Anticipate sell through trends based on the business promotion, supply chain knowledge and be confident in contributing information to drive results.
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of our ERP inventory data by investigating and resolving discrepancies between Amazon and NetSuite.
  • Diagnose and fix Celigo integration errors to maintain seamless data flow.
  • Verify that all shipments and stock levels are accurately reflected within our core planning systems, accounting for every supply path utilized.
Item Setup & Product Launch Execution
  • Support item setup across systems and marketplaces, ensuring accurate data and timely product availability
  • Coordinate cross‑functionally to successfully launch new products on required timelines
  • Maintain accurate product lifecycle statuses within ERP and planning systems, incorporating Ecom Business Manager input and proactively identifying and resolving inconsistencies
Supply Chain / Procurement
  • Manage end‑to‑end logistics from China Suppliers to Amazon/Ecom warehouses.
  • Optimize shipment methods to balance speed, cost, and working capital.
  • Enter and manage shipments in Amazon's system.
  • Coordinate with Chinese counterparts, suppliers, and US warehouse to ensure shipment readiness, including compliance with FBA requirements, accurate labeling and documentation, and alignment on timelines and shipping schedule.
  • Identify risks early, delays, MOQ pressure, quality issues, capacity constraints.
  • Monitor inbound performance and resolve shortages, delays, and receiving issues. Work with Agency support partners to flag, resolve and build process improvements.
  • Manage supply policy settings in planning system to maintain targeted days on hand levels, by ABC status

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor degree in supply chain, marketing, business administration, or related field
  • 3–6 years of hands‑on experience managing Amazon FBA inventory from supplier to FC.
  • Strong understanding of inventory planning, replenishment cycles, AGL, FBA, AWD, MCF, MCD.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, forecasting, modeling, scenario analysis.
  • Experience working with factory suppliers in China and creating Shipments to FBA & AWD & Domestic 3PL destinations.
  • Understanding of cleansing POS history for full/partial out of stocks, buy‑box suppression, CEP suppression.
  • ERP experience (NetSuite is a plus).
