Key responsibilities

  • Create and customize portals, themes, pages, and widgets, and configure the Virtual Agent to work within the Service Portal using client-side and server-side scripting.

  • Integrate Virtual Agent with MS Teams and non-ServiceNow applications, and use scripting to call APIs to retrieve data for Virtual Agent.

Info Way Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a 12+ month contract position. The role involves configuring the Service Portal chat for Virtual Agent, creating portals and themes, and implementing ServiceNow modules such as Procurement Service Management.
Responsibilities:
• Experience in configuring the Service Portal chat for Virtual Agent
• Branding Virtual Agent
• Enabling the out of the box conversations
• Configuring the out of the box topic blocks and topics
• Customizing the out of the box topic blocks and topics
• Creating topic blocks and topics
• Experience in scripting to call APIs
• Integrating virtual agent with MS Teams
• Integrating virtual agent with non-ServiceNow applications
• Using scripting to call API to get the data for Virtual Agent
• Experience in creating portals
• Experience is creating themes or use existing themes
• Experience in creating pages
• Experience in using out of the box widgets for the application need
• Create custom widgets
• Experience in configuring the virtual Agent to Service Portal
• Client side and server-side scripting experience
• Experience in Angular JS, HTM 5, CSS3 and Bootstrap
• Implementation experience of ServiceNow Procurement Service Management (PSM) module is required
• Implementation experience of ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) module is a plus
• Implementation experience of ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) module is a plus
