What You'll Bring

  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills highly preferred
  • Experience working with multicultural and diverse customer populations
  • Ability to confidently present information and build rapport in both English and Spanish
  • High School Diploma or GED required (higher education preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience
  • 1 to 3 years of sales experience required; 3+ years preferred
  • Previous leadership, coaching, mentoring, or team development experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and motivational skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Active Nevada Timeshare or Real Estate License preferred
  • Previous experience in vacation ownership, hospitality, or tourism industry preferred

What You'll Do

As a VIP Sales Lead, you will play an important leadership role by supporting the VIP Sales Manager and helping drive team success while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with the VIP Sales Manager to achieve sales goals and maximize team performance
  • Engaging and educating guests on Hilton Grand Vacations Ownership and Vacation Introductory Packages
  • Leading by example through outstanding sales presentations and guest interactions
  • Coaching, mentoring, and motivating VIP Sales Executives to achieve their full potential
  • Assisting with Vacation Program Agreements while ensuring compliance with company guidelines
  • Ensuring presentations are delivered consistently and effectively
  • Gathering guest feedback and providing insights to improve products, presentations, and overall guest satisfaction
  • Monitoring team metrics, performance standards, and individual goals
  • Assisting with resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally
  • Supporting operational changes and adapting in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Building strong relationships with guests from diverse backgrounds and cultures
