Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers visiting the Service Department to identify vehicle upgrade and replacement opportunities.
- Contact and follow up with customers from the dealership's repeat customer database through phone, email, text, and in-person interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Toyota owners and dealership clients.
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend vehicles that fit customers' lifestyles and budgets.
- Schedule and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial consultation to vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Work closely with Service Advisors, Managers, and dealership leadership to maximize customer retention and sales opportunities.
- Stay informed on Toyota products, incentives, financing options, and current market trends.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.
