Job Description: We are seeking an outgoing, professional, and highly motivated VIP Host. The VIP Host is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with guests, driving table reservations, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure. This role requires excellent networking skills, a proactive approach to client acquisition, and a strong understanding of hospitality service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively network and build relationships with potential and existing VIP clients to drive table and event reservations.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for VIP guests before, during, and after their visit.
  • Manage guest relations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and seamless service.
  • Maintain an active presence on-site during operating hours to greet, seat, and assist guests.
  • Oversee the seating of the room, working with operations to maximize table placements and accommodate special requests.
  • Promote Jelly Roll’s Goodnight Nashville events, experiences, and offerings through personal outreach, social media, and other marketing channels.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest lists, reservations, and client preferences.
  • Collaborate with management and other team members to ensure smooth nightly operations.
  • Represent Jelly Roll’s Goodnight Nashville with professionalism and brand integrity at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a VIP Host, or in a guest-facing hospitality role (nightlife or restaurant experience preferred).
  • Established network of VIP clients and a proven ability to drive table sales and reservations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
