Job description

At PABLO, our VIP Host is responsible for building the energy before the night even starts.

This role oversees our VIP experience, from coordinating table reservations and bottle service to building relationships with guests and the local community. We’re looking for someone who is social, organized, connected, and knows how to turn relationships into great nights at PABLO.

What You’ll Do:

Manage VIP table reservations and bottle service bookings

Communicate with guests before their reservation and make sure tables are ready when they arrive

Reach out to Greek life, student organizations, and other groups to build relationships and drive VIP reservations

Promote upcoming nights, events, and VIP availability

Build relationships with regulars and develop a strong network of PABLO guests

Work with management to coordinate table pricing, availability, and special events

Lead and coordinate the VIP Server team during late-night service

Assign tables and help keep bottle service organized throughout the night

Make sure VIP guests receive great service from arrival through the end of the night

Communicate with bartenders, security, hosts, and management to keep the VIP experience running smoothly

Track reservations, guest information, and VIP sales

Help grow PABLO’s bottle service and VIP business
