About the Role:

As a VIP Server, you will be the face of Belles amp; Boots ensuring that bottle service guests, including celebrities, high-net-worth individuals, and other distinguished visitors in the community, receive the highest level of service from the moment they arrive until they depart. You will be responsible for providing a high-end, VIP experience for guests by delivering exceptional service, serving premium bottles of liquor, and assisting with the overall guest experience, ensuring bottle service guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience during their time at Belles amp; Boots. Are you an energetic, friendly, and professional individual with a passion for creating extraordinary guest experiences? Belles amp; Boots, coming this spring to Lodo, is Denver’s newest bar and dance hall! We are seeking enthusiastic VIP Servers to join our dynamic and groundbreaking team.

Responsibilities:

  • Guest Experience: Provide outstanding, personalized service to VIP guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

  • Bottle Service: Present and serve bottles of liquor, mixers, and garnishes to guests at their table or designated area. Explain drink options and make recommendations when appropriate.

  • Table Setup amp; Maintenance: Set up bottle service tables, including ice, glassware, mixers, and any additional items requested. Continuously monitor and refresh supplies to maintain a clean and inviting environment.

  • Order Management: Accurately take drink and food orders and deliver them promptly. Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.

  • Upselling: Promote high-end drinks, bottles, and add-ons to maximize sales. Upsell products with a knowledgeable and friendly approach.

  • Cash Handling: Process payments, handle tips, and manage transactions securely and efficiently. Ensure accurate billing.

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all alcohol service laws and company policies regarding responsible service of alcohol.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with bartenders, security, and management to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume, upscale bar, nightclub, or restaurant environment preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating an exceptional guest experience.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

  • Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and premium liquors is a plus.

  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
