Job description

The Executive Host builds guest loyalty and cultivates long-term relationships through exceptional service, proactive outreach, personalized recognition, and coordinated VIP experiences. This role partners closely with Casino Operations, Marketing, Player Development, Table Games, Slots, Food & Beverage, Hotel Operations, Security, and other departments to meet the expectations of The Nash Casino's most valued guests while actively supporting all BIG Service initiatives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with high-value, premium, and VIP casino guests
  • Serves as a dedicated point of contact for assigned guests before, during, and after casino visits
  • Proactively communicate with assigned guests through appropriate channels to encourage visitation, strengthen loyalty, and support player-development goals
  • Welcomes and personally assists VIP guests during property visits, anticipating needs and coordinating services, amenities, entertainment, dining, hotel, and casino experiences
  • Identifies guest preferences and provides personalized service based on approved player information and company guidelines
  • Monitors assigned player activity, visitation patterns, and other approved information to identify opportunities to increase engagement, retention, and gaming revenue
  • Develop strategies to attract, retain, and reactivate high-value players while maintaining an active portfolio of assigned guests
  • Makes recommendations regarding appropriate offers, complimentary services, and guest benefits in accordance with established guidelines and approval levels
  • Coordinates customized guest experiences, including dining reservations, hotel accommodations, entertainment, transportation, special events, and other approved amenities
  • Assists with VIP events, tournaments, promotions, player appreciation events, and other programs designed to increase player engagement

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Minimum of three years of experience working in a casino environment required
  • Two years of Casino Host, Player Development, or Players Club experience preferred
  • Experience working effectively in high-volume guest environments, including engaging with large crowds while maintaining professionalism in busy public areas
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills required, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; proficiency in Excel required
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required
  • Must successfully pass all required pre-screening and background checks
  • Internal candidates must meet eligibility requirements as outlined in the Transfer and Promotion policy

  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including day, swing, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts as scheduled
  • Must be able to work in an environment where smoking is permitted and noise levels may be high due to guest activity, overhead music, and live entertainment
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid New Hampshire gaming license
