  • This is a versatile, multi-venue role that includes bartending, serving guests on the bowling lanes, working private events, and staffing our VIP room.
  • Accurately taking the guest's drink order and preparing in accordance with company recipe before presenting to guests
  • Monitoring guest consumption of alcohol and intervening when needed according to all necessary guidelines
  • Ensuring consistency by following company recipes and standards
  • Promoting Big Night Entertainment Group in a positive and professional manner
  • Working well with others as you will be working with other bartenders, servers, bar backs, and management
  • Remember guest's names and utilizing them when appropriate
  • Building guest loyalty
  • Resolving service problems with empathy and according to company guidelines
  • Maintaining a clean and stocked work environment
  • Arranging bottles and glassware to maintain an attractive display
