Job Title: Vinyl Fence Installer / Foreman
Location: Commerce, CA

Job Summary:

K Star Vinyl Fencing and Patio Covers seeks a skilled and reliable Vinyl Fence Installer / Foreman with a minimum of 1 year of experience to lead and oversee fence installation projects from start to finish. This position requires hands-on experience in vinyl fence construction, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. The ideal candidate will be capable of supervising crews, managing job sites, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of installers on residential and commercial vinyl fence installation projects
  • Read and interpret blueprints, layout plans, and measurements
  • Oversee digging post holes, setting posts, and assembling vinyl fencing components
  • Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards
  • Communicate project status and any issues with the office and clients
  • Train new crew members and ensure team productivity and professionalism
  • Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and job materials
  • Enforce safety regulations and ensure a clean job site
Qualifications:

  • 1+ year(s) of experience in fence installation (vinyl fencing preferred)
  • Prior experience as a team leader, crew lead, or foreman
  • Ability to read and understand construction plans and take accurate measurements
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Preferred Skills:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Familiarity with power tools and construction equipment
  • Customer service experience on job sites
