Salary: $60,000–100,000 + performance bonus

What You'll Do

  • Source electric vehicles directly from consumers via inbound trade-in and appraisal requests.
  • Proactively identify and pursue outbound private seller opportunities (marketplaces, listings, referrals, local outreach).
  • Evaluate vehicles using Ever's pricing practices, market data, and AI-driven tools.
  • Guide customers through a transparent, best-in-class selling experience.
  • Negotiate offers with private sellers and close deals efficiently.
  • Hit weekly and monthly acquisition, margin, and quality targets.
  • Partner closely with logistics, reconditioning, and title teams to ensure smooth vehicle intake.
  • Provide market feedback to Product and Data teams to improve appraisal and pricing tools.
  • Continuously test new sourcing channels and seller acquisition strategies.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with EV owners and communities.

Qualifications & Fit

  • Minimum 2–6+ years of experience in vehicle buying and appraising
  • Strong understanding of used vehicle pricing and market dynamics
  • Confident negotiator with a customer-first mindset
  • Data-driven decision maker
  • Comfortable working high-volume inbound leads
  • High urgency and ownership mentality
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Passion for EVs and clean transportation

Technical Skills

  • Experience with vehicle appraisal tools and market data (MMR, KBB, Black Book, etc.)
  • Comfort using CRMs and lead management systems (vAuto and VinSolutions)
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Ability to evaluate vehicle condition remotely and in person
  • Experience with digital retail tools a plus
