Your Role and Impact
ViewSonic is seeking a Regional Sales Manager with a passion for technology to support several key channel partners. In this role, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and servicing assigned national accounts: SHI, Insight, and Zones, ensuring consistent engagement and effective execution of sales initiatives.
The Regional Sales Manager will focus on developing, strengthening, and maintaining customer relationships while driving sales activity across targeted reseller accounts. This includes identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, coordinating with internal teams to support customer needs, and ensuring alignment with partner strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Day to Day Responsibilities
  • Develop and expand both assigned accounts, with responsibility for maintaining and increasing sales volume within the designated portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships within each assigned account, leveraging these connections to support strategic initiatives and program adoption.
  • Create and execute a clearly defined sales strategy for all assigned accounts.
  • Conduct regular sales calls to ensure client needs are understood, addressed, and consistently met.
  • Collaborate closely with sales team members and cross-functional departments to deliver comprehensive and effective customer solutions.
  • Lead and participate in joint sales calls with sales staff and management to support business development efforts.
  • Manage and track business opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up on all leads, proposals, and bids. Proactively updating and maintaining CRM tools.
  • Stay current on company products, services, and industry developments to provide customers with accurate information and exceptional service.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, reseller events, and product training sessions; provide executive-level presentations as needed.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of IT channel sales experience.
  • Proven track record as an energetic, results-driven sales professional with experience in account management and channel sales-ideally within the display technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of how to sell, service, and support products within key and target accounts.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ambitious self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive with minimal supervision.
  • Accustomed to business travels, excellent time management and a demonstrated ability to maintain accurate, detailed records

  • Travel: 25% travel
  • Environment: As this is a field sales position, the environment involves being on the road visiting customers and prospects. Home office is the standard office environment.
