• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to determine client needs, developing customized treatment plans informed by evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Implement individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing your compassionate approach to support clients in exploring their emotions and coping mechanisms.

You will work primarily with a diverse population of clients seeking assistance in managing mental health disorders and overcoming substance use challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, reflecting your academic commitment to the field.
