You will utilize telehealth platforms to conduct assessments and therapy sessions, ensuring that you can provide care effectively while advocating for the needs of your clients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily responsibilities will involve:

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the unique needs of each client and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices. This foundational step will lead to more effective and tailored therapeutic approaches.
  • Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, empowering clients to develop coping strategies and resilience.
  • Maintain precise and timely clinical records that adhere to HIPAA regulations, demonstrating your commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical practice.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers to provide holistic care, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive support throughout their recovery journey.
  • Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at improving service delivery and maintaining the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, showcasing your foundational knowledge and commitment to best practices in the field.
