Job Description
Lee's Sandwiches needs responsible and committed people with the ability to handle and deliver the quality and guest service that defines our brand. While we look for you to bring the right skills and personality for a management position, we'll also provide the training and support you need to continue to grow and advance. Essential Job Functions:
  • Supervises team that delivers effective results in the areas of quality, guest service, food cost, labor cost, safety, security, cleanliness and product preparation.
  • Provides leadership, direction, training and development to the team members.
  • Assists staffing decisions such as, hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, discharging, staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews.
  • Manages the store's financial performance
  • Makes recommendations to enhance restaurant operations.
  • Ability to communicate, develop and maintain a close, effective relationships with team members and customers.

Qualifications
  • General knowledge of computers, POS systems, and various electronic devices
  • Flexible working hours including some weekends
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, time-management, and leadership skills
  • Previous experience as a Supervisor or Manager for restaurants
  • Able to lift and carry up to 40lbs
  • Vietnamese and English is a plus
