  • Video Production: Lead all phases of video production, including pre-production planning, shot lists, lighting, audio, filming, editing, color correction, motion graphics, captions, and final delivery.

  • Asset Management: Organize, maintain, and archive photo and video assets while ensuring files are optimized for efficient cross-functional use.

Note, we anticipate a split of video and photo tasks to be accordingly: 65% video and 35% photo.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in social media content production, photography, videography, or a related creative role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both photography and video work, with an emphasis on social-first storytelling.
  • Expertise with cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and production workflows.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects preferred) and familiarity with additional content creation tools.
  • Strong understanding of social platform best practices, formats, and creative trends.
  • Excellent visual storytelling skills with a strong eye for composition, pacing, color, and design.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, Photography, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred but not required).
