Immigration sponsorship or support (e.g. H1B, F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT) is not available for this position, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification.

Position summary: Responsible for creating videos for various communication mediums for internal and external company use.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Produce engaging, professional customized video content for projects and clients inside and outside firm, utilizing JMT's in-house video and audio recording equipment and editing software.
  • Collaborate with JMT's Brand team, and internal/external clients to script/storyboard, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video projects.
  • Provide wide range of video production services throughout the life-cycle of a video project (development, pre-production, production, post-production, and marketing & distribution)
  • Responsible for all video, audio, and motion graphic production, including conceptualizing, storyboarding, planning, shooting, organization and lighting of video shoots, creating graphics, editing, color correction, compression and encoding of videos, and digital asset management.
  • Responsible for video strategy and ensuring consistency with JMT's core messaging and branding, as well as any program goals and objectives.
  • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment without compromising creativity.
  • Create motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, and other visual elements
