Senior AV Technology Engineer is responsible for the planning, design, administration, and maintenance of audio/visual equipped spaces. Individual assumes the role of project lead on a variety of different assignments including the development and organization of AV installations, system programming/configuration, management of computers/end-user devices in the academic environment, and advanced system troubleshooting.

* Desktop and Video Conference Systems.

* Excellent customer service, interpersonal, telephone and organization skills. Ability to maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
* Multimedia equipment includes workstations (PC/Windows), projectors, Smart Boards, video/audio conferencing equipment, and a variety of software Microsoft Office suite, IE.
