Job description


Eagle Eye Networks is seeking a Senior Manager of Partner Programs to lead a world class partner program that enables the growth and development of new and existing Eagle Eye resellers. This role will work closely with sales and marketing to drive deeper engagement, loyalty and revenue opportunities with our resellers through the management of the Eagle Eye partner program and overall partner experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall global Eagle Eye partner program and experience including the positioning of the program benefits, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure each program is operating effectively (e.g., Qualified Leads, Cloud Call), mining data insights for partner tiers and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and more
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure new partners are aware of the partner program benefits to increase engagement
  • Maintain, refine and/or develop new benefits that help existing partners increase their marketing capabilities and drive usage of Eagle Eye partner programs
  • Manage reporting of partner program tiers, including collaboration with sales for QBRs, movement of partners to the next tier, communication of new benefits, etc
  • Build and manage the partner advisory council through virtual and in-person meetings in collaboration with cross functional stakeholders
  • Oversee the project management and implementation of a new partner relationship management tool across multiple departments and stakeholders for a seamless partner experience
  • Collaborate with the demand generation team to recruit new partners through marketing tactics such as emails, social, digital and virtual and in-person events
  • Keep up with channel marketing trends and best practices

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience managing channel programs or marketing programs
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent understanding of marketing techniques and associated technologies
  • Proven team player with a focus on collaboration
  • Working knowledge of a partner relationship manager (PRM) and/or partner portal required
  • Experience in channel marketing and understanding of sell to and sell through business model preferred
  • Working knowledge of Zoho, Excel, Hubspot, Asana or similar tools preferred
  • Security industry experience a plus
