Offe Market

Clarksville, TN • On-site

$15 - $20/hr

Part-time

This job post has expired today. Applications are no longer accepted.

Job description

Offe Market is Gen Z’s TJ Maxx: an off-price marketplace where 100+ premium brands-including Baggu, & Other Stories, Lisa Says Gah and Dolce Vita-send their overstock to find a second life at 30-80% off retail.

We’re a startup with a fast growing e-commerce business, a retail store, and a rapidly expanding presence on TikTok Shop and TikTok Live. Our live streams are equal parts shopping event, style session, and group chat. We're looking for a charismatic host who can turn scrolling into shopping and first-time viewers into loyal customers.

The Role:
As our TikTok Live Operator, you'll manage the production side of Offe Market's live shopping experience. This is not traditional home shopping television. It's fast-paced, interactive, and deeply rooted in internet culture - and you're the person making sure it runs smoothly from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

Run Stream Production

  • Manage the technical side of each live stream — equipment setup, stream configuration, and real-time troubleshooting
  • Run back-end platform functions during broadcasts, including flash sales, giveaways, and other live commerce features
  • Anticipate problems before they happen and fix them before anyone notices

Moderate & Support

  • Moderate the live chat — keeping it on-brand, engaging, and free of distractions
  • Support talent throughout every stream — coordinating logistics so hosts can stay focused on performing
  • Make occasional on-camera appearances as needed in a supporting capacity

Contribute to Content

  • Film short-form content to supplement live streams
  • Contribute to brainstorming and ideation for social content
  • Provide feedback on stream performance, audience behavior, and what's working

Collab with the Team

  • Work closely with off-camera teammates managing inventory and fulfillment
  • Help build anticipation for upcoming drops and live events

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in content or production
  • Highly reliable — this is a shift-based role, and showing up prepared, on time, and ready to execute is non-negotiable
  • Calm under pressure — when something goes sideways mid-stream, you handle it without making it a moment
  • Takes ownership of the environment — the studio, the stream, the chat — it's all yours to manage
  • Deeply online (in a good way) — you understand TikTok culture, trends, and internet-native entertainment

Bonus points for experience in:

  • TikTok Shop, Whatnot, Poshmark Live, or other live-selling platforms
  • Content creation, video editing, or social media management

In-person role based in Clarksville, TN

Comfortable standing and being on camera for extended periods

Availability for some evenings and weekends, when live shopping audiences are most active

Competitive hourly rate, depending on experience

Commission on gross live sales volume

Flexible scheduling

Employee discount on everything we carry (shop responsibly)

Opportunity to help shape and grow a high-impact channel at a fast-growing startup
