Job description

Position Summary

This position has oversight for live visual systems, broadcast, and camera operations across all campuses to provide an engaging and worshipful experience during services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Management of Production Visual Systems and Equipment Across All Campuses
    • Maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment and inventory
    • Plan and execute installs and upgrades of video and media equipment
    • Load, program, and test video content for services and events
    • Coordinate the scheduling of streams for campuses and broadcast across streaming platforms
  • Execution of Services, Special Events, and Conferences
    • Set-up, operation, load-out, and management of video and media equipment (both rented and Evangel-owned)
    • Assist campuses with video and media system issues as they arise
    • Produce broadcast streams for any applicable services or events
  • Central Stage Design & Management
    • Work alongside the Lighting Designer to develop stage designs and Video Wall integrations to create powerful, immersive worship experiences
    • Oversee central stage design updates, including the creation of any necessary prop pieces
    • Serve as primary video technician for LED wall and processors, including daily upkeep, maintenance, repairs, operation, and troubleshooting
  • Train & Develop Dream Teamers
    • Equip and train Production Dream Teamers to run video systems and operate camera equipment
    • Develop captains at campuses to be producers/directors (replicate self)
  • Other Duties
    • Assistance at ministry events such as Youth, ekids, etc
    • Actively research new products, equipment, and management solutions through usage of blogs, web forums, equipment manuals, publications, etc.
    • Travel to other campuses as needed to update or troubleshoot equipment, train Dream Teamers, and produce services and events
    • Assist in other day to day production team objectives
