Job description

Paid Media Specialist, Connected TV (CTV) & Video

Location: Remote
Compensation: $95,000 – $155,000, based on experience + full benefits
Company: Elite Insurance Partners (EIP)

About Elite Insurance Partners

Elite Insurance Partners (EIP) is a nationally recognized insurance brokerage and marketing organization. We help families nationwide protect their health, wealth, and future through Medicare, life insurance, and financial solutions.

Our marketing team operates in a highly performance-driven environment where media strategy, campaign execution, and optimization directly impact company growth. As consumer behavior continues to shift beyond traditional search, EIP is investing heavily in video, social, display, and Connected TV as key growth channels.

Position Overview

Elite Insurance Partners is seeking a Paid Media Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Connected TV (CTV), OTT, YouTube TV, and video-first paid media campaigns.

This role is specifically designed for someone who understands how to buy, manage, optimize, and scale CTV campaigns, especially through direct provider or publisher relationships. We are looking for someone who has experience working directly with platforms and providers such as Roku, YouTube TV, Hulu, Amazon, Samsung TV, LG Ads, Peacock, or similar CTV/OTT environments.

This is not a general paid media role where CTV is only a small part of the background. We are looking for someone who can help EIP build, test, and scale CTV as a meaningful acquisition channel for Medicare, life insurance, and future growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Connected TV, OTT, YouTube TV, and video-first paid media campaigns.
  • Work directly with CTV providers, publishers, platforms, and media partners to evaluate inventory, pricing, targeting capabilities, and campaign opportunities.
  • Build and scale CTV campaigns focused on direct-response performance, lead generation, cost efficiency, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Manage campaign pacing, spend, targeting, placements, creative performance, and optimization decisions.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify what is working, what is underperforming, and where additional testing or budget should be allocated.
  • Partner with internal marketing, creative, analytics, and leadership teams to improve campaign strategy and performance.
  • Provide clear reporting and insights on campaign results, including spend, cost per lead, conversion performance, audience performance, and ROI.
  • Help evaluate new opportunities across emerging video, streaming, social, display, and AI-driven advertising channels.
  • Stay current on the evolving CTV, OTT, streaming, and video advertising landscape.
  • Bring forward recommendations on how EIP can diversify beyond traditional search and strengthen its paid media mix.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a strong emphasis on CTV, OTT, YouTube TV, or video advertising.
  • Direct experience managing CTV or streaming video campaigns.
  • Experience working directly with CTV providers, publishers, or end platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CTV campaign setup, audience targeting, pacing, attribution, reporting, and optimization.
  • Proven ability to manage meaningful ad spend and make confident performance-based decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn campaign data into clear recommendations.
  • Experience in direct-response marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where campaign performance directly impacts revenue.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain performance insights to marketing leaders and executives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Medicare, insurance, healthcare, financial services, or other regulated industries.
  • Experience with paid social, display, programmatic, YouTube, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, or Microsoft Ads.
  • Experience testing new media channels and building performance frameworks from the ground up.
  • Existing relationships or hands-on experience with CTV/OTT partners such as Roku, YouTube TV, Hulu, Amazon, Samsung TV, LG Ads, Peacock, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with attribution, call tracking, landing page performance, or lead-generation funnels.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation based on experience.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Generous paid time off and paid holidays.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
  • Collaborative, high-performance culture with room for growth.
  • Opportunity to help build and scale a major media channel for a growing national company.
