• Deliver ethical, empathetic, and evidence-based counseling to clients through video chat.
• Conduct thorough assessments to inform the development of individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records with minimal paperwork, enabling you to focus on patient care.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for a range of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, mild depression, life transitions, and stress management. You will work with a diverse clientele, allowing you to apply various therapeutic frameworks and approaches to best support your clients' goals.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active state licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD) that allows for independent practice without supervision.
• No history of disciplinary actions against your license.
• Able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in digital communication and counseling platforms.
• Must have a stable internet connection to facilitate uninterrupted video sessions.

• Demonstrated experience working with adult populations in a therapeutic setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth systems and remote counseling practices.
• Experience implementing strength-based, client-centered approaches in therapy.
