Law firm is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and analytical Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead our marketing efforts and strengthen our online presence. This role is ideal for a candidate who combines strong content creation abilities with data-driven marketing insight and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

 

The Marketing & Social Media Manager will be responsible for:

Content Creation & Video Production

·       Developing engaging video content for our website, YouTube channel, and social media platforms

·       Filming, editing, and producing professional-quality short and long-form video materials

·       Supporting attorney-driven video and branding initiatives

Social Media & Client Communications

·       Managing daily social media posting and audience engagement across platforms

·       Writing clear, professional content for client communications, announcements, and newsletters

·       Drafting responses to Google reviews and online feedback in a thoughtful, brand-consistent manner


  Marketing Strategy & Advertising Analysis

·       Researching and evaluating advertising opportunities (digital, print, local, online campaigns)

·       Monitoring campaign performance and recommending improvements

·       Preparing and presenting marketing reports and strategic recommendations to firm partners


Data Tracking & Reporting

·       Using Excel to collect and analyze marketing and business-development data

·       Tracking advertising spend, lead sources, and new case openings

·       Relating marketing efforts to firm growth metrics and performance outcomes

 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:
