Primary Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce print and digital materials including brochures, sales materials, presentations, direct mail, and brand collateral
  • Design print pieces, edit videos, or animate motion graphics
  • Ensure all visual work aligns with brand standards, design systems, and strategic objectives
  • Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual solutions
  • Own projects from concept through final execution, managing files, timelines, and production details
  • Photo retouching, manipulation, color correction and archiving
  • Edit short and long form video content for marketing, brand storytelling, internal communications, and social platforms using professional editing workflows
  • Create and integrate motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling
  • Perform post-production tasks including pacing, color correction, audio balancing, and final output formatting
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing partners on scripts, storyboards, and visual concepts for video projects before, during, and after filming
  • Serve as a creative voice, contributing ideas early in the process and helping shape visual direction
  • Partner with writers, marketers, producers, and stakeholders to deliver unified, effective creative solutions
  • Assist in the video production pipeline from concept to final edits
  • Work collaboratively on location at photo and video shoots handling props, lighting, and other tasks as needed
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Maintain organized project files, templates, and asset libraries
  • Stay current on design, video, and motion trends, tools, and best practices, applying them thoughtfully to brand work
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned

Successful candidates will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, visual communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in visual/graphic design, with demonstrated success editing video and creating motion graphics
  • Proven experience working collaboratively with stakeholders to create requested collateral
  • Strong portfolio showcasing print design, video editing, and motion graphics work
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
  • Experience with Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • HTML, CSS and web design experience preferred
  • Eagerness to design within established brand systems and marketing frameworks
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in person during video shoots and related projects
  • Familiarity with social media video formats, accessibility considerations, and performance based creative
  • Working knowledge of animation principles, storyboarding, and basic audio editing
  • Deep understanding of typography, layout, brand systems, and visual storytelling across media
  • Solid grasp of print production processes and digital/video delivery requirements
