POSITION SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:Reporting to the Director of Production the Production Manager will accomplish the bulk of the technical tasks related to production and post-production. They will help transport, set up, operate equipment, and do final editing for core videos for FASTer Way to Fat Loss. This position will also be responsible for helping produce marketing content as it relates to slides, social media, graphics, and other marketing materials. In addition to the above the Production Manager will be responsible for helping with AV requirements and needs at all live events hosted by FASTer Way to Fat Loss.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Operate video cameras on location or in the studio and in the production of professional pre-recorded programmingDesign, transport, set up, and operate production equipment, including audio and lighting equipment, for field and studio productions, as neededMaintain equipment inventoryAssembling raw video footage and transferring or uploading video to a computerInputting sound to enhance video footage, which may include selecting musicInputting graphics to enhance video footageDigitally splicing film and video and synchronizing them into one rough cut fileApplying color correction and color grading video footageOperate livestream services to support live eventsWork with internal team to document and streamline your editing processHelp facilitate FASTer Way podcast audio and video productionAssist any additional creative projects and learn our brand guidelinesMaintain quality control of weekly deliverablesWorking closely with team members to deliver a product that matches the FASTer Way to Fat Loss Brand, on timePerforms other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in production or related field required (desired but not required)At least five years of experience in a comparable roleExperience producing live streaming multi-media productionsAbility to work on multiple projects with competing deadlines and prioritiesAttention to detailExcellent verbal and written communications skills with proven abilities in navigating customer serviceExcellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently FASTer Way CommitmentFASTer Way to Fat Loss (a subsidiary of Tress Marketing Solutions, LLC) is an equal opportunity employer.
