Job description

SAK Construction has an immediate opportunity for a Construction Administrator - Quality Control to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The Construction Administrator will be responsible for data entry, digital file management and the review and analysis of Cleaned and Rehabilitated pipeline Media Files. The candidate will assist our Video/ Quality Control Department in performing the QA/QC functions for rehabilitated pipelines and manholes.
Responsibilities:
  • Review CCTV Video Footage of rehabilitated pipelines to identify faulty and problematic features.
  • Review and revise Assessment and PRE-Rehabilitation Surveys for submittal to customer
  • Review and Revise Manhole assessment surveys for submittal
  • Prepare excel spreadsheets with well-organized item descriptions.
  • Data Analysis/ Entry into SAK Data systems
  • Give detailed summaries of problematic videos.
  • Report generation and revisions through SAK Data Systems
  • Perform related duties as requested.

Qualifications:
  • An Associate's degree in a related field is preferred; or pursuing an education in Engineering or a technical area a plus.
  • Experience utilizing digital media. 1-2 years work experience.
  • Water/sewer or municipal environment experience is a plus.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to take/follow direction.
  • Must have a solid understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Base Location - Atlanta, GA
