Job description

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our Flight Operations Learning department as a Co-op specializing in Media Production Support. This role will primarily assist the Media Production team in delivering high-quality video and media content for our pilot learning programs. If you have a background in marketing or media production and are eager to contribute to impactful learning initiatives in aviation, this position is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with the Media Production team to plan and organize video shoots, including location scouting, equipment setup, catering, and scheduling.
  • Post-Production Assistance: Provide support in video editing and post-production tasks as needed. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects) is a plus. 
  • Project Management Support: Aid in project management tasks including timeline tracking, resource allocation, and communication with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. 
  • Content Organization and Archiving: Assist in organizing media assets, maintaining digital archives, and ensuring accessibility of files for the team. 
  • Quality Control: Assist in reviewing and ensuring the quality of video and media content produced meets departmental standards and objectives while addressing stakeholder comments.

The selected candidate must be able to commit to the following Co-op rotation(s):
  • Fall 2026
  • Summer 2027
  • Spring 2028
