Project Manager

Interview: Video Visa: USC, GC, GC EAD, H4, L2 This is hybrid from day-1 (Need local candidates)

The Project Manager is responsible for developing initial project assessments to build robust project portfolios. They will facilitate the validation sessions with Business Owners and necessary participants, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are aligned. A deep understanding of the PMO Methodology is crucial, to transform business needs into completed ideas with project estimates to guide executive leadership decisions appropriately. Keeping project data current and accurately updating various systems/tools for effective tracking and reporting by management is critical. The role also includes executing the full lifecycle activities of projects, enhancements, research items on behalf of the Business Owners. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and improve the usage of the project portfolio management system's capabilities, processes, and reporting. Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle and/or Agile framework is essential for this position. The ideal candidate should exhibit strong budgeting and forecasting experience, demonstrating great financial acumen. Proficiency in Excel, including VLook-ups and pivot tables, is also required.
