Job description

POSITION SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the Director of Production the Production Manager will accomplish the bulk of the technical tasks related to production and post-production. They will help transport, set up, operate equipment, and do final editing for core videos for FASTer Way to Fat Loss. This position will also be responsible for helping produce marketing content as it relates to slides, social media, graphics, and other marketing materials. In addition to the above the Production Manager will be responsible for helping with AV requirements and needs at all live events hosted by FASTer Way to Fat Loss.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Operate video cameras on location or in the studio and in the production of professional pre-recorded programming
  • Design, transport, set up, and operate production equipment, including audio and lighting equipment, for field and studio productions, as needed
  • Maintain equipment inventory
  • Assembling raw video footage and transferring or uploading video to a computer
  • Inputting sound to enhance video footage, which may include selecting music
  • Inputting graphics to enhance video footage
  • Digitally splicing film and video and synchronizing them into one rough cut file
  • Applying color correction and color grading video footage
  • Operate livestream services to support live events
  • Work with internal team to document and streamline your editing process
  • Help facilitate FASTer Way podcast audio and video production
  • Assist any additional creative projects and learn our brand guidelines
  • Maintain quality control of weekly deliverables
  • Working closely with team members to deliver a product that matches the FASTer Way to Fat Loss Brand, on time
  • Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in production or related field required (desired but not required)
  • At least five years of experience in a comparable role
  • Experience producing live streaming multi-media productions
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with proven abilities in navigating customer service
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
