Job description

At AppWork, we've built a simple, user-friendly PropTech platform that modernizes maintenance operations. Our platform brings everything into one easy-to-use platform so property managers, maintenance teams, and residents can all enjoy a smoother, more connected experience.
As a member of the AppWork team, you'll be helping to build and deliver technology that solves real problems, makes communities run better, and creates happier teams and residents.
About the role
As an Account Executive (AE) at AppWork, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business, working closely with C-suite, VP, and Director-level decision-makers in the multifamily industry. You'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, and help our clients optimize their maintenance operations through cutting-edge technology.
We are looking for a motivated closer with 3+ years of AE quota-carrying experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and love chasing deals, this is the role for you.
What you'll do
  • Own the entire sales cycle - from prospecting and outreach to product demos, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Engage and build relationships with key stakeholders at mid-market multifamily companies.
  • Prospect and qualify leads (with support from SDRs) to create a strong sales pipeline.
  • Run engaging product demonstrations, clearly articulating AppWork's value and differentiation.
  • Manage complex sales processes (multi-threading, procurement, pilots, etc.).
  • Collaborate with marketing, SDRs, and customer success to optimize sales strategies.
  • Represent AppWork at industry conferences to increase brand awareness and network with prospects.
  • Provide market and client feedback to help shape AppWork's future product development and roadmap.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of quota-carrying AE experience, preferably in SaaS, proptech, or multifamily
  • 1+ year of multifamily industry experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing mid-market/enterprise deals
  • Strong ability to prospect, demo, negotiate, and close new business
  • Self-motivated hunter with a relentless drive to win deals and hit targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage high-level executives
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapts quickly
  • Team player who collaborates well with SDRs, marketing, and customer success
  • This role is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.

Why Work for AppWork
  • Competitive compensation package
  • Stock options
  • Full suite of benefits (medical, dental, vision) + $100K company-paid life insurance
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Recognition and rewards programs
  • A collaborative, upbeat environment with company events throughout the year
