What You Can Expect
AI Systems and Hardware-Aware Modeling
  • Explore AI workflows and develop scripts/models that assist in IC calibration, prediction, or optimization.
  • Contribute to prototyping and automation tasks involving Python, PyTorch, or other ML frameworks.
  • Working along side the design team to improve efficiency, increase design robustness, and help drive innovation.

What We're Looking For
Education & Experience:
Master's degree and/or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, with 5+ years experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design and demonstrated expertise in applying AI/ML techniques to engineering workflows.
Technical Expertise:
  • Hands-on experience in designing mixed-signal circuits such as ADCs, DACs, RX/TX, PLLs, filters, bandgap bias circuits, regulators, and other analog blocks.
  • Knowledge of deep sub-micron CMOS technologies, low-power, and high-speed design techniques.
  • Proven ability to integrate AI/ML methods into analog/mixed-signal design processes for optimization, modeling, or automation.
  • Solid understanding of signal processing, control theory, and/or convex optimization.
  • Experience with IC design CAD tools (Cadence, Spectre, SPICE, Verilog) and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).

Software & Scripting Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python and MATLAB for scripting, data analysis, and visualization.
  • Familiarity with AI workflows and experience developing scripts/models that assist in IC calibration, prediction, or optimization.

Additional Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Lab testing experience for prototype evaluation and silicon correlation.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
176,500 - 261,180, $ per annum
The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
